Nazarite 

“Nazarite” comes from the Hebrew and Aramaic word נזיר nazir meaning “consecrated” or “separated“.

The name Nazeer (Arabic writing : نذير) The meaning of name Nazeer is ” One who warns

Judges 13:5

[5]For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a 👉 Nazarite unto God from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Israel out of the hand of the Philistines.

Judges 13:24

[24]And the woman bare a son, and called his name 👉  Samson: and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him.


Judges 13:7


[7]But he said unto me, Behold, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and now drink no wine nor strong drink, neither eat any unclean thing: for the child shall be a 👉  Nazarite to God from the womb to the day of his death.

Amos 2:11

[11]And I raised up of your sons for prophets, and of your young men for 👉 Nazarites. Is it not even thus, O ye children of Israel? saith the LORD.

1 Maccabees 3:49

[49]They brought also the priests’ garments, and the firstfruits, and the tithes: and the 👉 Nazarites they stirred up, who had accomplished their days.
