Ishmael and the olive tree:

In the Name of the Almighty Most Gracious.

I saw many olive trees in my land, but none that I can remember in this land.
-Rabbi Mort

The Talmud teaches us that the fragrance of olive tree attaches itself to the various attributes (character traits) and when these attributes rejoice this elevates the person offering the incense to an even higher spiritual level. Also, this joy increases further through the bounty of G’d which man (the inhabitants of earth) receives. The oil which was being offered at about the same time as the incense was made from olives seeing that the olive is the symbol of what provides light in our world. This is a mystical dimension of Genesis 8,11 that “when the dove returned to the ark it had a leaf of an olive tree in its beak.” This is the reason that only olive oil had to be used to burn in the lamps of the Menorah.
Rabbeinu Bahya 27:5

I believe from reading the text in Berishit 21:15
There was no more water, and Hagar cast Ishmael under one of the shrubs.👈
It is mentionable that the Scribe tries to demeanor Ishmael by saying some shrubs giving non-importance yet we know that an olive branch is very important in Judaism.
But how do we know it’s an olive branch, in the book of Jubilees chapter 17:10-11we read..
And Ishmael’s mother took him and cast him under an 👉olive tree,
we know from the Tanakh that the Olive tree is very  important, Thus we know that the Angel of the Almighty Allah subhanaAllah blessed Ishmael and the Olive tree represents the anointing so the Angel must have anointed Ishmael with olive oil.
How do we know this,
Because it gives us a clue by saying an olive tree. Olive tree is a representation of olive oil for the anointing of Kahanim they bring peace meaning balance
torat kohanim) are the rulings and teachings of the priests that are addressed to the Israelite people.
1 Samuel 10:1
Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not because HaShem hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?
Psalms 52:8-9
[8]But I am like a green olive tree in the house of Allah: I trust in the mercy of Allah for ever and ever.
[9]I will praise thee for ever, because thou hast done it: and I will wait on thy Name; for it is good before thy Saints.
The first time the Olive shows up as prophetic symbolism is in branch of peace is in Genesis 8:11
the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.

The language of a mother throwing her child under a tree, to me seems very strange where in nature even a wolf meaning also dog will protect it’s child, simply speaking something stinks….
Let us look at the full verse in Book of jubilees
Jubilees 17:10-11
Ishmael’s mother took him and cast him under an 👉olive tree, and went and sat her down over against him, at the distance of a bow-shot; for she said, ‘Let me not see the death of my child,’ and as she sat she wept.
And an angel of Elohim, one of the holy ones, said unto her, ‘Why weepest thou, Hagar? Arise take Ishmael, and hold him in thine hand; for Elohim hath heard thy voice, and hath seen Ishmael.’

Exodus 27:20
And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always. The Zohar  describes the Kohen’s Torah knowledge as being involved with the Korban (sacrificial offering) and as a part of the greater nation of Israel- as a key figure role in the korban service.
We read in
Hoshea 14:6
[6]His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the👉 olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.

Wr Read in the Quran

(24:35) Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The allegory of His light is that of a pillar on which is a lamp. The lamp is within a glass. The glass is like a brilliant planet, fueled by a blessed tree, an olive tree, neither eastern nor western. Its oil would almost illuminate, even if no fire has touched it. Light upon Light. Allah guides to His light whomever He wills. Allah thus cites the parables for the people. Allah is cognizant of everything.

Zechariah 4:11
Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?
Zechariah 14:4
[4]And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

Jeremiah 41:2
Then arose Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, and the ten men that were with him, and smote Gedaliah the son of Ahikam the son of Shaphan with the sword, and slew him, whom the king of Babylon had made governor over the land.

2 Kings 25:25
But it came to pass in the seventh month, that Ishmael the son of Nethaniah, the son of Elishama, of the royal Seed, came, and ten men with him, and smote Gedaliah, that he died, and the Jews and the Chaldees that were with him at Mizpah.

The Midrash “The Secrets of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai” compares Muhammad, “a prophet sent toIshmael according to God’s will”, to the Jewish Messiah. According to this text, ascribed to the famous 1st-century sage and mystic Shimon Bar Yochai, and apparently written at the beginning of the Muslim conquest or in the 8th century, Muhammad’s role as a prophet includes redeeming the Jews from the Christian (“Roman” or “Edomite”) oppression and playing a positive role in the messianic process. Secrets of Rabbi Shim’on bar Yohai has been published as a part of a number of Midrash collections. A recent Hasidic edition was included in the book called Yalkut ha-Royim, endorsed as authoritative by Rabbi Moshe Teitelbaum, the former leader of the Satmar Hasidim. The law of HaShem is forever: the beard in Leviticus is specifically to be followed by children of Israel.

Leviticus 19:1-2,27

Paul the Liar

Paul
Misquotes the Talmud.
-Rabbi Mort

The liar’s punishment is that even when he speaks the truth, no one believes him (Sanhedrin 89b).

When we were young [we saw ourselves] as men, now [we are considered] children (Bava Kama 92b).

1Corinthians 13:11
When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways.
